I envy the professionalism I've seen abroad. There is nothing... romantic about our arrogant refusal to follow schedule, and the nepotism here in Greece. Why hire somebody who is really worth it and not the neighbour's son (who usually can't act or direct or tell left from right) or the guy we have drinks with at the usual (the artists' "steki") and knows someone who knows someone...
