Jennifer Aniston vs Paparazzi

Jennifer Aniston has been busy working as the force behind a new state law in California that restricts what the paparazzi can and cannot do.

Reports from Sify say that Aniston’s role in the success of Assembly Bill 524 was instrumental. The bill is said to take effect on January 1st, 2010.

Reports from Hollywood.com say that Assembly Speaker Karen Bass revealed that the actress’ horror stories about the paparazzi prompted her to fast track the legislation. Bass went on to say that she wrote the bill after a group of celebrities, including Aniston, helped her to understand how bad the problem with the paparazzi had become.

Aniston said: “There have to be some boundaries. When you have children in the car and the photographers are rushing you, it’s just absolutely out of control. It’s become a public safety issue. Somebody’s going to die if we don’t do something.”

The new law allows for civil penalties against the paparazzi and other media outlets that sell and buy photographs or video footage that are obtained unlawfully of celebrities and their families.

The measure was signed into law by California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger in October, 2009.

Seriously, I thought no i know Aniston recounted having 30 photographers charge her on the sidewalk and instances in which she was followed through Los Angeles streets at night by photographers in SUVs who ran red lights and blocked her car so they could get a shot.(publications will likely play the “don’t ask, don’t tell” game with photographers regarding the details of how they got a particular shot).Really i don’t think for a second that any celebrity would have a hard time proving the tactic’s that the paparazzi use to obtain the certain picture That fits the story their so eager to tell…ROTFLMAO..
