After years of waiting and false starts and various attempts to reboot the classic comedy franchise, this movie is now well under way with stars such as Sean Hayes, Will Sasso and Chris Diamantopoulos. 20th Century Fox’s “The Three Stooges” film has already started shooting in Atlanta on May 9th and will hit theaters in 2012. There’s an enviable including Jennifer Hudson and Sofia Vergara.
This film has been in the works for some time and the goal was to stay true to its legacy, but at the same time extend this legacy and present “The Boys” to all the modern movie goers who are looking for true comedy entertainment. Chris Diamantopoulos will be playing Moe Howard, a part which was so hard to cast, but the Farrely Brothers have finally made the right choice. Chris recently appeared as Frank Sinatra in the mini series “The Kennedys” and also as Rob Weiss on the 8th and final season of “24”.
