Princess Theodora of Greece and Denmark talks exclusively to Greek Reporter about her decision to leave royalty behind and chase her Hollywood dreams as a thespian.
Born 10 years after the monarchy was abolished in Greece, the 29 year-old Princess turned actress who goes by the stage name “Theodora Greece,” is making a name for herself in Hollywood.
“My family’s history was not an obstacle nor a blessing,” says the once shy Theodora that today stars in the popular soap opera “The Bold and the Beautiful” as Alison, the trusted secretary stalking the offices of the show’s resident baddie Bill Spencer (played by Don Diamont).
According to an interview with the Daily Mail, what was initially supposed to be a one-off episode in the role of Alison ended up being a longer-running character because they ”must’ve liked her” says Theodora.
Theodora has found her place in Hollywood as she also has gotten different parts in independent movies, but she says she will definitely like to act in a Greek production if the right opportunity comes along.

Theodora is the daughter of former King Constantine II of Greece and his Anne-Marie of Denmark, and has been living in Los Angeles for a few years. Her Godmother is Queen Elizabeth II of England.
Some of her upcoming roles include appearances in the films “The Big Valley,” which stars Jessica Lange and Richard Dreyfuss, as well as “Little Boy” with Sean Astin and Emily Watson.
