Greek-Australian singer Vassy isn’t “Mad” that her latest single has hit No. 5 on the Billboard Dance Chart this week.
“Mad,” which was produced by David Aude, has climbed to No. 5, one spot up from last week. Billboard’s Dance Chart lists the most popular songs played in danceclubs, compiled from reports from a national sample of club DJs.
In addition to topping the Billboard charts, Vassy’s music can be heard in commercials for Victoria’s Secret, Chevy, ESPN, Target and Nike, among others. Her songs have also appeared on TV shows including Grey’s Anatomy, Ugly Betty and Human Target, the film “Admission,” starring Tina Fey, as well as the trailer for the Golden Globe-winning animated film “Frozen.”
