Art Alexakis Heads On Tour After Everclear Announces New Album Release

Art_AlexakisEverclear frontman Art Alexakis has started a one-month solo tour following the announcement that the rock band will release a new album.

The Greek-American musician just kicked off his solo performances for “Songs & Stories — An Evening With Art Alexakis of Everclear” earlier this week in Ramona, Calif. He’ll visit other cities along the west coast, before heading east and making his way back to end the tour in West Hollywood.

In late October, Everclear announced that they’ll be releasing a new album, Black Is the New Black, in spring of 2015. It will be the band’s first album in three years.
