The 2016 festival will take place in New York’s Tribeca neighborhood during April 13 to 24; the festival directors have not yet selected which feature films will screen this year, though in past years the festival hosted such great movies with Greek-Americans behind and in front of the camera, including Louis Psihoyos’ “6“, and films with Zoe Kazan and Amy Seders.

Tom Hanks and Tina Fey will be speaking on “Imagination Day”, April 19, which is a day-long symposium in which people at the tech and creative geniuses at the forefront of the film industry discuss trends and show off their new projects.

Thanks to his critically acclaimed role in Spielberg’s “Bridge of Spies”, Tom Hanks will be making the rounds at quite a few festivals and awards shows next year, while Tina Fey is looking forward to the release of her movie “Sisters” this weekend.

Both A-list actors will be featured in a session called “Tribeca Talks: Storytellers”.
