Global Green held their 15th annual pre-Oscar gala at Neuehouse Hollywood on February 28, four days before the 2018 Oscars. The event brings together Hollywood stars to raise awareness for the environment.
Eco-minded stars and advocates for sustainability walked the green carpet to attend the environmental fundraiser, which was also sponsored by Earth Friendly Products.
We spoke to Kelly Vlahakis-Hanks, the CEO of Earth Friendly Products, about her support of environmental causes and being one of the major sponsors of the event.
Jane Seymour, a staunch advocate for sustainability, spoke about how she contributes to the environmental movement, and her views on sustainability.
“Climate change is evident even in what’s happening in California right now, with the fires and mudslides, and we can see it happen before our very eyes,” she noted.
Global Green works to build green schools, homes and communities in major US cities, including LA, New York, Washinton DC, and New Orleans.
