The Greek-American movie & tv star had listed her mansion in Beverly Hills for sale two months ago. Recently she was spotted in New York looking at property in Manhattan.

New York Daily News reports Jennifer closed a $5.9 million deal on two separate one-bedroom apartments on the 17th and 18th floors of a swanky building on West 12th Street in the West Village.

The 42-year-old single star reportedly plans to combine the small penthouse and the lower flat into one big apartment.

A source told the newspaper: “She would definitely need more space than one apartment. Her closet alone wouldn’t fit in a one-bedroom.”

Jennifer said on a recent trip to New York she wanted to move back to the city.

She said: “I’ve been looking and looking and looking. I grew up here. I miss it. There is nothing like being in the city that is just the city of Everyman. It’s all walks of life. I love that.”

Mark Ballas, Jennifer Aniston and John Stamos are in People's beautiful list

Jennifer Lopez tops the People’s most beautiful list for 2011. Among the other beautiful stars are three Greek-Americans, Mark Ballas, Jennifer Aniston and John Stamos.

Mark Ballas is included in the 25 Beauties (and Hotties) at 25. This category lists the hottest crop of stars turning 25 this year.
The Greek-American Dancing with the Stars pro knows how to win mirror-ball trophies (he has two!) – and even more important, bring out the best in his partners. Just ask Bristol Palin, who danced with ‘Ballas” and credits him for helping her get through tough times on the show last season. “Mark knows how to talk me up,” she says, “and make me feel good about myself.”

Jennifer Aniston at 42 still looks stunning. Aniston gained worldwide recognition in the 1990s for portraying Rachel Green in the television sitcom Friends, a role which earned her an Emmy Award, a Golden Globe Award, and a Screen Actors Guild Award. She has also enjoyed a successful film career, having appeared in several Hollywood productions. Aniston’s godfather was actor Telly Savalas, her father’s best friend. As a child, Aniston lived in Greece for one year with her family.

John Stamos is one of the most beautiful Greek-American males and he couldn’t be left out of People’s list. This year the actor and producer, besides being praised for his beauty, is also acknowledged for his charity work. People included him in the Shining Stars category of the “Beautiful” issue. He is described as a hot celeb that does a lot of charity work via projectcuddle.org, an organization that saves babies from abandonment and worse. This category also includes George Clooney, Sandra Bullock and Matt Damon.

In Addition, Brad Pitt thinks Jennifer Aniston is “pathetic” according to a friend of his who talked to Us Weekly magazine. The actor is said to have come to this conclusion after seeing his ex-wife’s recent interview and photo shoot in the March issue of Architectural Digest, Brad’s favourite magazine. “Brad thinks she is pathetic,” the source explained.

Jennifer and Brad wed in 2000 and got divorced in 2005 because Brad and Angelina had an affair which started while filming a movie.

Orly Adelson, president of dick clark productions, and Barry Adelman will executive-produce the special. Chris Donovan is the director and Bob Bardo is the executive in charge of production.
