Vassili TsiliChristos is considered to be one of the top DJs in the Greek music industry. The Greek DJ took nightlife to the next level by creating the established Athenian hotspot Mercedes Club & Cafe in 1986. Since then Tsilichristos has created different venues all around Greece. He has also started perfoming ouside Greece as well.
This Wednesday the Greek DJ will be in LA for one night to headline a party organized by East Coast Greek promoter Yanni Kiskini. The party will take place at the Colony club 1743 N. Cahuenga Blvd.
Vassili’s DJ background helped him produce a significant number of CD compilations. One includes House Experience 1-8, which became a best seller in the dance music charts. Other albums include King Size, Privilege, Venue, Destijl, Venue Cafe, and Villa Mercedes. Outside the entrepreneurial world, Vassilis TsiliChristos remixed the dance anthem “Apres La Pluie” by Tiesto. Through this achievement he was awarded “Best Club-House DJ” in the Athens DJ Music Awards (2003).
Vasili has travelled and performed in different destinations around the globe from New York, to Boston, to Brussels, to Nikki Beach in St. Tropez, etc. This has allowed Vassili TsiliChristos to be recognized as a DJ with vast musical and cultural knowledge. He has attended the WMC in Miami regularly for 13 years, which has helped him gain enormous inspiration from great artists across the world.
