Residents of Syros island looked surprised as American actor Harrison Ford walked the scenic backstreets of Syros.
As an ordinary tourist, without luxurious sail boats or security guards, and dressed up casual, Ford enjoyed a sunny Sunday morning in Hermoupolis, the main municipality of the island.
The famous actor visited Hermoupolis to enjoy the picturesque houses, as well as a perfect view of the Aegean Sea.
He was in the company of a Greek woman, who guided him around, accompanying him during his walk in the alleys of Syros. He seemed amazed by the history of the Cycladean capital and the buildings’ neoclassical architecture.
After their tour in the center of the island, Ford rode his motorbike, which was parked in the central Miaoulis square, and then he headed for the Patron Saint Nikolaos’ church.
