HBO’s comedy series “Girls” has built a reputation in just one season for having its actors strip down to nothing, so when word came that Rita Wilson would be guest starring on the show, one had to ask whether she would be taking it all off for the role.
The answer to that question came with a big, fat “no,” as Wilson, who will play Marnie’s mom, specifically requested in her contract that there be no skin-baring on her part written into the script. As of now, she will only be in one episode for the new season returning in January, with hopes to appear in a few more.
The actress recently had a recurring role on television in “The Good Wife,” and also showcased her music skills by releasing a debut album, AM/FM, this past May.
