New International Trailer for ‘300: Rise of an Empire” is All Action

Take a look at the newest trailer, which begins with Gerard Butler in the opening sequence and features plenty of action and destruction as Persian leader Xerxes moves his army forward in a battle with Greece:


The sequel to “300” centers on Greek general Themistocles as he battles an invading army of Persians under the mortal-turned-god, Xerxes. Director Noam Murro is at the helm, taking over where Zack Snyder left off with the original. Rodrigo Santoro reprises his role as the Persian leader and Eva Green returns as Artemisia, with Sullivan Stapleton in the role of Themistocles.

“300: Rise of an Empire” hits theaters in March 2014.


  1. can’t wait but it is sad that there are so few movies about the greatness of Ancient Hellas and none made by the Hellenic people themselves or, in Hollywood, using Hellenic actors & actresses
