Dave Bautista, also known as Batista in the wrestling world, made his return to the WWE last night. The Greek-Filipino wrestler-turned-actor appeared on Monday Night Raw to confirm he’ll be back for more than just one match.
The former six-time world champion entered the ring to intrude on WWE World Heavyweight champion Randy Orton’s time there. Batista went on to say he planned to take Orton’s belts away from him. Watch below:

Later, Batista entered the ring again to attack Alberto Del Rio, and even broke out his famous Spinebuster move, taking the opponent down and reveling in his glorious return.

Nicknamed “The Animal,” Batista took a hiatus from wrestling to heed Hollywood’s calling. He’s had roles in major motion pictures, including “The Scorpion King 3″ and “Riddick,” and will play Drax the Destroyer in the upcoming Marvel Studios film “Guardians of the Galaxy.” With Batista now back in the wrestling game, he’s scheduled to hit the Royal Rumble next Sunday, and says he plans on taking it all the way to Wrestlemania, which is in three months.
