Zoe Kazan Starring in Upcoming Romantic Comedy, ‘What If’

ZoeKazanA clip featuring Zoe Kazan in the upcoming romantic comedy, “What If,” has just been released.

The film, which premiered at the Toronto Film Festival last September, centers on medical school dropout Wallace (Daniel Radcliffe), who has been repeatedly burned by bad relationships. He meets Chantry (Kazan), an animator who lives with her longtime boyfriend Ben (Rafe Spall), and they form an instant connection, striking up a close friendship. The chemistry between them is undeniable, and leads the pair to wonder, what if the love of your life is actually your best friend?

Kazan, who has Greek roots on her paternal side, recently starred in “The Pretty One,” and is also appearing in “In Your Eyes,” which premiered at this year’s Tribeca Film Festival. In addition to acting, she is an accomplished screenwriter as well; “Ruby Sparks,” for which she wrote the script, garnered her a Spirit Awards nomination for Best Screenplay in 2013.

“What If” is scheduled for U.S. release in August, with other dates rolling out across Europe through September.
