“Oprah: Where Are They Now” caught up with Greek-born pianist Yanni and he revealed some news that not many people were aware of: he has a 32 year-old daughter.
The 59 year-old musician opened up about his relationship with his daughter, Krystal Ann. “I love her…we are very, very close,” he said during his interview on the program.
Krystal Ann has an active role in her father’s social media, and fans were unknowingly introduced to her as she ran his marketing campaigns.
“The world right now is beginning to find out that I do have a daughter, and she is absolutely beautiful — inside and out,” he added.
During the episode, Yanni also spoke of his long relationship and split with actress Linda Evans, the panda he adopted (named Santorini), as well as his love for performing.
Having famously sat at the piano in some of the most incredible places in the world, including the 2,000-year-old Odeon of Herodes Atticus in Greece and India’s sacred Taj Mahal, Yanni said his concerts are like “making love to the audience.”
