AlexiaVassiliouThe latest single from Greek singer Alexia Vassiliou, “Jeux D’Amour (Games of Love)” was just released, and it also happens to be the original theme song to the soundtrack for the romantic comedy, “Poker Face.”

Vassiliou wrote the lyrics alongside Eleni Kafetzi. The songstress has previously collaborated with legendary musicians like Mikis Theodorakis — most famous for his work on “Serpico” and “Zorba the Greek” — Chick Corea, John Patitucci, Milva and Andreas Vollenweider.

The single, as well as the film for which it appears in, was composed by Kostas Christides, who has worked on the Hollywood hits “Love Happens,” “Spiderman 3,” “Something’s Gotta Give,” “What if…” and “Sweet November.” It was a large collaboration between many Greek talents, including Yannis Goudelis on accordion, Ioannis Markoulakis on guitar and electric bass, with the mix being done by Alexis Grapsas.

“Jeux D’Amour” was created and produced in Los Angeles. The song is currently available for digital download on iTunes and CD Baby.
