Greek-American comedian Jason Mantzoukas is teaming up with Seth Rogen to appear on an episode of the last season of the hit US sitcom “The League”.
The two actors play Rafi (Jason Mantzoukas) and Dirty Randy (Seth Rogen). Rafi is Nick Kroll’s insane brother-in-law on the show, who has previously appeared on the show twice with Dirty Randy, in two episodes that diverted from following the lead cast in favor of focusing on the comedy duo.
The previous episodes were written by Mantzoukas and Rogen, in addition to starring them. This time around, the writers took care to include the lead cast in the episode.
Executive producer Jackie Schaffer said “If people think the last two Rafi/Dirty Randy episodes have shocked them, this is a whole new level….It’s practically inhuman.”
The seventh season of “The League” will premiere on September 7 on FXX, so keep an eye out for Mantzoukas and Rogen stealing the show!
