If you’re looking for a funny satire to follow this season on TV look no further than FOX’s new “Bordertown”, starring Hank Azaria.

“Bordertown” may be animated, but it is most definitely an adult comedy with adult humor. It takes a funny look at issues of immigration and the US-Mexico border while set in the fictional California bordertown of Mexifornia.

The show focuses on wildly different neighboring families, the Buckwalds and the Gonzalez’s; Azaria lends his voice to the character of Bud Buckwald. Missy Pyle, Nicholas Gonzalez, and Judah Frielander are also along for the ride on the new show.

Thanks to his long tenure on “The Simpsons”, Azaria is known throughout Hollywood for his excellent voice talent. Less known is the fact that all four of his grandparents originate from Thessaloniki, Greece.

“Bordertown” premiered Sunday night on FOX at 9:30 PM ET to 2.356 million viewers. Tune it next Sunday for a new episode!
