As dozens of refugees die daily in the Aegean sea trying to reach Europe, we asked some of Hollywood’s favorite actors and filmmakers to voice their opinion about the refugee crisis.
The crisis started mainly after the beginning of the civil war in Syria that has displaced millions of people seeking a safe haven. It is estimated that more than 2 million Syian and Afghan refugees are in Turkey and looking for ways to enter the European Union, most likely through the Greek Islands.
