The founder, lead singer/songwriter, and producer of the band Passion Pit, Michael Angelakos, has announced a new US winter tour with 18 performances taking place all over the country.
The indie band has attained quite a sizeable following after putting out critically acclaimed albums over the last few years; however, they have not gone on tour since 2016.
Angelakos has risen to the forefront of the music industry, not only as a talented songwriter but also as a leading voice for artists suffering from mental illness, as he himself has bipolar disorder and openly talks about his struggles.
Fans have been waiting to see Passion Pit live in concert for a long time, and now, they will be kicking off their new US tour on January 10, 2018 in Washington D.C., at the 9:30 Club. The tour wraps up less than a month later at the Belasco Theater of Los Angeles on February 3rd. Chris Hartz, Aaron Harrison Folb and Giuliano Pizzulo will be joining Angelakos on stage.
The band will be performing in plenty of US locations, including Massachusetts, New York, Colorado, Oregon, Illinois, and Minnesota, among others. Check out their full schedule below and get tickets to see the band live:
