Jason Mantzoukas has joined the ultra-successful “John Wick” series starring Keanu Reeves for its third installment, “Chapter 3”.
Anjelica Huston and Halle Berry were also confirmed for the third action thriller, along with returning cast members Ian McShane, Laurence Fishburne, and Lance Reddick.
Mantzoukas, along with Mark Dacascos from “Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.”, will play characters called “Tick Tock Man” and “Zero”, respectively.
Director Chad Stahelski and writer Derek Kolstad will be back for the third film as well, as they worked behind the scenes in the first two movies of the “John Wick” franchise. The projected release date for “John Wick: Chapter 3” is May 17, 2019.
Currently, you can catch Mantzoukas on NBC’s “The Good Place”, or on his very popular podcast, “How Did This Get Made?”, which he hosts along with Paul Scheer and June Diane Raphael.
