Zoe Cassavetes Directs Prestigious Delvaux Campaign

Zoe Cassavetes, daughter of famed director John Cassavetes, is now helming her own campaign for the upscale fashion line Delvaux.

The retro style movie, titled “Le Diva”, promotes the new Le Diva Brillant bag. It features three glamorous women of different ages (portrayed by Pat Cleveland, Rachel Roberts, and Charlene Almarvez) gathered around the pool of the chic Chateau Marmont hotel in Los Angeles.

The Belgian leather goods brand decided on the Greek-American director because of her previous outstanding work for both films and fashion campaigns. Zoe has directed videos for luxury brands such as the Ritz Paris and clothing line Miu Miu, as well as critically-acclaimed movies such as “Broken English”.

Though she is part of a famous family, as her brother, Nick Cassavetes, has also made a name for himself as a director, it is clear Zoe is making her own mark and forging her own path as a filmmaker.
