Featured in the film are the most famous all-time members of Mötley Crüe: Nikki Sixx, Vince Neil, Mick Mars, and the well-known Greek-American member of the band, Tommy Lee.
Lee is portrayed by rapper Machine Gun Kelly. Tommy Lee’s sister, Athena Lee, is also portrayed in the movie. The real Athena Lee is a succesful musician, drummer and actress.
The outrageous antics of Mötley Crüe members both on and off stage captivated the public’s imagination for years. The movie “The Dirt” will finally show audiences what life was really like during the height of the band’s popularity.
Lee seems to be living a very different life now, and recently even got married to actress Brittany Furlan.
