Greek-Filipino wrestler-turned-actor Dave Bautista will be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame next year during WrestleMania.

Bautista will be inducted along with four other wrestlers, including Hulk Hogan, Scott Hall, Kevin Nash and Sean Waltman. The wrestlers Bautista is getting honored along with are collectively called the “New World Order”.

There was a small mix up on social media when WWE announced the honor, as the organization tagged the wrong account for Bautista. The wrestler called them out on their mistake with a quick response of “wtf guys?!!” on Twitter.

The Hall of Fame ceremony will take place at the Amalie Center in Tampa, Florida, on April 2, 2020.

Before becoming a successful actor in franchises like “Guardians of the Galaxy” and major films including “Spectre”, Bautista had won the WWE World Championship six times. He retired in 2018 after his final match at WrestleMania 35.

Bautista continues to rise even higher in his acting career, and is now moving into production as well, on the film “Traphouse”. You can check out Bautista in the upcoming “Army of the Dead” movie, which he promoted at ComicCon 2019.
