Kelly Clarkson‘s loving family got together outside their home to wish Clarkson a happy birthday during quarantine. The clip was later shown on “The Kelly Clarkson Show” YouTube channel.
On Friday, April 24, Clarkson turned 38 years old. Birthdays have been hard for those celebrating them isolated from friends and loved ones in quarantine, so Clarkson’s family wanted to make sure the day still felt special.
Her husband, Brandon Blackstock, took their children River Rose and Remington, as well as his son Seth, to the woods outside the family’s Montana cabin to record the video.
River Rose starts off the video saying, “I love you, Mom. I hope you have a good birthday day. And I love you so much. And I would sing a special song to you when it’s your birthday…or today.” The rest of the family quickly follows up with their own loving birthday wishes.
Kelly has shared stories of how the family has been keeping in close quarters during quarantine, which sometimes causes tension – a situation many in the US are experiencing right now.
