‘The Kelly Clarkson Show’ Nominated for Daytime Emmy Awards

Kelly Clarkson The Voice

“The Kelly Clarkson Show” has been nominated for two Daytime Emmy Awards. One nomination is for best entertainment talk show, while the other was for Kelly Clarkson as best host.

The talk show has only been live on the air for a year. This marks a wonderful first season for Kelly Clarkson, with two Emmy nominations already under her belt.

This year, the 47th Annual Daytime Emmys will air on June 26 on CBS. There will be no live theater ceremony due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.

Clarkson has provided a wonderful source of entertainment and inspiration during the pandemic, broadcasting her home family life as well as singing for her audience on social media.

She is still broadcasting “The Kelly Clarkson Show” from home, although she is just sharing one episode per week. Part of the show involves a segment called “Bathroom Kellyoke”, where she sings a popular song and usually dedicates it to someone.

On May 18, she dedicated the song “You Say” to healthcare frontline workers who are putting their lives on the line to help those affected by the pandemic.
